European Young Cereal Scientists and Technologists Workshop

DuPont Nutrition & Health is delighted to be a sponsor of the 15th EYCSTW - European Young Cereal Scientists and Technologists Workshop.

The EYCSTW is a platform for young research scientists (PhD students and Post Docs) to present abstracts, network with peers and learn from industry experts on the latest research in cereal science. It includes categories such as cereal processing, product quality, analytical techniques, sensory, nutrition and health and novel specialist ingredients.

This year, the workshop will be hosted by the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences (DeFENS) of the University of Milan and will be held in the nearby city of Bergamo with its wealth of art and medieval renaissance architecture.
