Take a look inside the power of dairy innovation.

It’s never been easy to produce uniform dairy products batch after batch. In cheese and yogurt production, where an efficient fermentation process is critical, the challenges are demanding.

At FoodTech 2016, the DuPont Nutrition & Health team will present new cheese and yogurt cultures that make consistent quality more of a sure thing. Other innovations will demonstrate our ‘beyond dairy’ capabilities, including a healthier UHT ice cream and a dairy-free snack beverage.

During the event, you can also follow the progress of our student team in the FoodTech Challenge – an international open innovation competition where academic knowledge is transformed into valuable commercial ideas.
