19th Gums & Stabilisers for the Food Industry Conference: Hydrocolloid multifunctionality

DuPont are pleased to return as sponsors of 19th Gums & Stabilisers for the Food Industry Conference.  

The Conference is organized by the Food Hydrocolloids Trust was established in 1991 and is a UK registered charity.  The objects of the Trust are the advancement of the education of the public in the field of hydrocolloids in particular through the organisation of educational conferences.

Dr Graham Sworn, Technical Fellow, DuPont Nutrition & Health is the current chairman of the food hydrocolloids trust and will be chairing:

  • On Wednesday June 28, a session entitled: Hydrocolloid structure and functionalities
  • On Thursday June 29, The Food Hydrocolloid Trust Medal Lecture presented by Professor D. Goff
