Our GRINDSTED® JU Stabilizer Systems, for example, can reduce heating requirements when producing nectars with 25-99% juice. Alternatively, using our RECODAN® Emulsifier & Stabilizer Systems, dairy beverages can be filled at higher temperatures, reducing the need for cooling.

Opportunities for increased processing flexibility include GRINDSTED® Pectin SF Extra for jams & jellies and GRINDSTED® CRYSTALLIZER for a reduced setting time in peanut butter.
