DuPont Nutrition & Health to Present its Broad Range of Sustainable Dairy and Bakery Ingredients at Food Ingredients Asia 2012

Discover how to boost cake performance with the latest enzyme solution with Aart Mateboer, business unit director of DuPont Industrial Biosciences, Food Enzymes. He will be presenting on the topic titled, “How a new enzyme solution can boost cake performance in a growing market like Asia,” on 4 Oct. at 11:30 am in Meeting Room B.

Anders Henriksson, one of the lead speakers for the scientific conference parallel session will be presenting on “Fermented dairy for improved nutrition and health,” held on 4 Oct. at 8:50 am. On the same day, Emily Tay also will be speaking on “Rapid detection and tracking of foodborne pathogens,” at 9:10 am.
