Organized by Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST), “The 2nd Probiotics and Health Medical Science Summit” was held in Kunshan, China on Oct 27. As co-organizer of the summit, DuPont presented on latest advances on HOWARU® Probiotics clinical research, along with market insight & trend on global probiotics products. Several famous Chinese food & nutrition science and clinical experts shared probiotics and its industry development, intestinal microbiome, along with local clinical studies on digestive, immune, cardiovascular, metabolic, woman & child health, etc. Some 60 food & nutrition experts, along with chief physicians from gastroenterology, respiration, pediatrics, child health, dermatology, stomatology, nutrition, gynecology and obstetrics departments of leading Third-Level Grade-A hospitals in China, plus nearly 20 researchers from leading food, beverage and dietary supplement manufacturers participated the summit.
