DuPont Solutions at Food Ingredients Asia 2016 Will Focus on Health & Wellness

Research has shown that health and wellness as a category is growing nearly twice the rate of traditional foods and beverages. Health and wellness concerns continue to be the driving force influencing consumers in ways that demand new solutions.

At Food Ingredients Asia 2016, DuPont Nutrition & Health will be demonstrating solutions for the dairy, bakery and beverage industries. In collaboration with Tegar and United Chemicals, DuPont can be found at stands B1 and U1 in the Jakarta International Expo between 21st and 23rd September.

Concepts addressing health trends
DuPont will present a total of 11 interesting concepts ranging from nutrition bars, baked goods and ready-to-drink beverages at the two booths. The concepts will feature a broad range of solutions that can help address emerging health trends such as high fiber and protein, low in fat and sugar for the regional population. The prototypes also demonstrate how taste and texture will not be compromised when developing products with functional benefits.

New Launch

This is an isolated soy protein that demonstrates excellent flow characteristics for better-dispersion in high-protein dry blended beverages.” adds Budhy Gautama, sales leader Indonesia, DuPont Nutrition & Health.

Visitors will have the opportunity to witness the excellent dispersibility of this new product and sample a delicious and nutritious breakfast drink made with SUPRO® in a convenient format.
