This position will be located in our Elmsford, NY location, 30 miles north of New York City. This office position will require 10% - 20% traveling to various sites. We offer an excellent salary and benefits for the successful candidate.
We are looking for a candidate who has an interest in Regulatory Affairs to:
Support the various divisions and customers on compliance and other issues
Participate in label and product literature reviews with a focus on compliance
Conduct background research and draft position papers on various issues under the direction of senior team members
Monitor published regulations, proposals and notices that may impact the business and conduct impact analysis research as needed
Assemble and assist in preparation of documentation for submissions, applications, registrations, certifications and customer inquiries
You are the person we are looking for if you have/are:
a Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or related areas
experience in working with North America food regulatory issues and agencies is preferred
experience with U.S. drug regulations is considered a plus
proficient in spoken and written English and have excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills. Spanish language ability is considered a plus
