The key benefit of using MicroGARD™ fermentates is shelf life extension or maintenance by preventing growth of undesirable microorganisms.

Additional specific customer benefits besides food preservation are:

  • label-friendly solution in some countries
  • little or no influence on taste, flavour and colour of foodstuff
