What do we mean by bake-off?
The bake-off category covers frozen or refrigerated products, which, in most cases, are baked at the point of sale and sold fresh. These include raw, non-proofed products and part-baked or pre-proofed products. For outlets with no access to an oven, fully-baked products are available to thaw and serve.
