Pour all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend them on high speed until the cottage cheese mixture becomes smooth. Serve with chips, pita bread, or with fresh dipping vegetables such as carrot sticks, celery, or pepper slices. This is a higher protein, lower fat version chip dip and one that won’t pack on the calories like a full fat 18% fat sour cream type dip will.
If you don’t like horseradish, then try other savory flavor combinations such as dill, French onion, ranch, or Southwest chipotle. Start out with the milk, cottage cheese, parsley and salt and go from there.
