Oils & fats

We have focused on the needs of the oils & fats industry since the 1930s, when we developed our first  emulsifier for margarine.

That focus has led us to the solutions for trans-free margarine, low-fat spreads, liquid oil systems and fillings for bakery and snack products we offer today.

Our proactive development work continues to stretch the technological boundaries in this area, for instance on crystallization control.
