Dr. George Weber, Food Protection Technology Strategist, Culture Division, earned a BS in Zoology from Univ. of Michigan, an MS and Ph.D in Microbiology from Michigan State Univ. and Oregon State Univ. With about 30 years industry experience, George was an inventor of MicroGARD®, one of the first all natural food antimicrobials sold in N. America.
