Danisco's divisions include Enablers, Sweeteners, Cultures and Genencor. BioActives is comprised of the Cultures and Sweeteners divisions as well as our Health & Nutrition platform.
The divisions are responsible and accountable for R&D, production, product management, supply chain and industrial ingredients sales.
Our sales organisation, Sales and Application Food Ingredients (SAFI), holds global responsibility for sales and customer support in the food ingredients segment and is headed by Ole Søgaard Andersen.
