LAMINEX® Super 3G, a new brewing enzyme
Danisco’s enzyme brewing team has developed an upgrade of the LAMINEX® Super.
The product will be launched May 10, 2009 and coincides with the European Brewery Convention (EBC) in Hamburg, May 10-14, 2009.
With the new LAMINEX®Super 3G, brewhouse bottlenecks will be even more relieved by an up to 10% faster lautering process. Furthermore, LAMINEX®Super 3G will provide additional cost savings in the beer filtration step by boosting capacity due to longer cycle time and reduced down time.
